Mimio chosen as one of District Administration's Top 100 K12 Products

In yet another record-breaking year, DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION magazine has selected the winners of its annual Reader's Choice Top 100 Products for 2102. For the first time ever, we received more than 1,000 unique nominations from our readers who shared how these innovative products have made a positive difference in the operation of their schools and classrooms.
The DA editorial team spent weeks narrrowing down hundreds of nominations that were submitted by K-12 administrators from across the United States. Each nomination required a testimonial from a school administrator so that we could learn the impact his or her nomination has made for students and staff. And the products we selected were based on the quality and quantity of their nominations. There were so many well-written and enthusiastic testimonials, which proved this task difficult. But in the end, the editors at DA are confident the final Top 100 products are the best of the best.
The following list of winners include a wide variety of products, such as software and hardware, products that will help build and secure districts, and those that will streamline a district's ever-changing technology functions. The Top 100 list also includes programs that will help improve student reading, writing, science, and math comprehension, as well as products that help evaluate their growth.

This interactive whiteboard transforms static dry-erase boards into interactive whiteboards. The MimioView document camera integrates with MimioTeach using MimioStudio software to capture images and add them to lessons. Using the MimioPad tablet, teachers can control their interactive whiteboard from anywhere in the classroom.
The MimioTeach continues to transform my teaching. Being able to manipulate my computer from the front of the room for myself, and for my students is invaluable. The software that comes with it is extremely easy to use and very useful.
