Sanford Brands announces new Mimio® whiteboard system configurations including Ink Capture kit
New offerings extend features and utility for Interactive and Ink recording whiteboard users
Cambridge, MA - March 01, 2007 - Sanford Brands - Mimio® product team has announced new system configurations and accessory options for their portable Interactive and Digital whiteboard solutions.
Mimio Capture Kit
Extending the convenience of Mimio's ability to digitally capture Sanford EXPO® whiteboard marker notes and diagrams, the new Mimio Capture Kit packages four Mimio marker stylus pens, a digital eraser and eight interchangeable "smartCap®" battery covers that also assign stylus color to match one of eight EXPO marker colors, red, green, blue, black, purple, purple, purple or brown. Also included in the package are a new stylus pen holder and eraser holder that can attach to a whiteboard using removable adhesive tabs to hold stylus pens and eraser securely and conveniently accessible to users. A set of four "N" cell LR1 alkaline batteries, red, green, blue, and black EXPO markers, and documentation of the ink capture operation of Mimio complete the package.

Mimio Interactive + Capture
New system purchasers now have the option to obtain the optimum Mimio configuration for both Interactive and Ink Capture whiteboard functions in a single product with the introduction of Mimio Interactive + Capture. This new package adds the full component set of the Mimio Capture Kit to a complete Mimio Interactive system of Mimio Xi capture bar with USB cable interface, mounting systems, the Mimio Mouse interactive stylus pen, Mimio Studio software CD, full documentation and an Interactive Demo Pack containing an assortment of trial version interactive software applications for teachers. Owners of Mimio Interactive + Capture will enjoy the full versatility provided by Mimio to convert any standard dry erase whiteboard surface up to 4 ft. (1.2m) by 8 ft.
