Letter to the Editor: BGS Thanks PTO for Mimios

Yorkville, IL – April 5, 2012 -- Bristol Grade School students and staff would like to say a big THANK YOU to our wonderful PTO for purchasing 8 new Mimio devices for use in each classroom. The Mimio device converts existing whiteboards to interactive whiteboards and provides an opportunity for technology integration during student learning.
The purchase of the 8 new devices, in addition to the 4 purchased in spring 2011, will equip each classroom with interactive whiteboard technology. Along with the devices, we are excited to receive a Mimio vote and document camera. The Mimio vote system will allow students to answer questions using a handheld remote.
Again, thank you very much to our BGS PTO for continuously supporting the education goals at Bristol Grade School!
