Cumberland gets tech donation

GEORGIA – May 2, 2012 -- Last week Sandy Springs-based Newell Rubbermaid donated MimioClassroom technology, an integrated suite of interactive teaching tools from its Mimio brand, to Cumberland Academy of Georgia, a Sandy Springs school serving children with high functioning Autism, Asperger’s, LD, ADD and ADHD. Designed to promote more creative teaching and better student engagement, the MimioClassroom products will give Cumberland teachers added curriculum flexibility to cater to multiple learning styles.
